Modern Ayurveda · Est. tradition
Plant-based oils, teas, and tinctures — translated from 5,000 years of tradition into small daily rituals that actually fit your morning.
Our belief
Wellness isn't a trend. It's a practice — a few honest ingredients, a few quiet minutes, repeated until they become you.
01 — Know yourself
In Ayurveda, everything — body, mood, season — is a blend of three energies. Most of us lead with one. Start there.
Creative, quick, light — and easily ungrounded when overstimulated.
Balance with: warmth, grounding oils, slow mornings.
Sharp, driven, warm — and prone to burnout and irritation when pushed.
Balance with: cooling, calm, time in shade.
Steady, calm, nurturing — and prone to heaviness or sluggishness when still.
Balance with: stimulation, movement, lightness.
02 — The rituals
Four foundational rituals — each a single, honest formula you can keep on your shelf for months.
Warm, grounding body oil for restless, vata-aggravated evenings.
A three-fruit blend for gentle, daily digestive rhythm — morning or evening.
A few drops for calm focus — the herb Ayurveda calls the "herb of grace."
Cold-pressed aloe and turmeric for calm, even, lit-from-within skin.
03 — Our roots
Dhara is blended in small batches in Kerala, in partnership with a family-run Ayurvedic cooperative that has farmed the same ground for three generations. Every batch is third-party tested for purity — no heavy metals, no filler, no shortcuts.
I came for the tea and stayed for the quiet. Two minutes with the oil each night — that's the whole practice, and it changed my evenings.
